During the course, you’ll expand your veterinary vocabulary and learn to explain medical information clearly to owners. You’ll practise asking about symptoms, discussing treatment options and giving clear instructions for care at home. You’ll also work on communication within your team: handing over patients, documenting findings in medical records and contributing actively to team discussions. Throughout the course, you’ll work with realistic situations from everyday veterinary practice.

 

Medical language

The Dutch For Veterinarians course is designed to deliver a high level of medical language fluency to participants, or to raise and expand their current levels. The course focuses on practical aspects such as client communication, consulting with colleagues, maintenance of medical dossiers and meetings.
